The Royal Portuguese Library

Being one of the oldest buildings in the city, the Royal Portuguese Reading Office is a real invitation to immerse the history and culture of our country. Its classic and traditional decor are also one of the characteristics of the place. Visiting hours are from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and its location is in the City Center.

The Museum of Contemporary Art is located in the city of Niterói, right next to the great River. Built on the Mirante da Boa Viagem, the museum is considered one of the postcards of the city. Its collection consists of more than a thousand pieces of contemporary art gathered by the collector João Sattamini. In addition to the exhibitions of contemporary elements, events are offered weekly.

Art of Kobra

The Olympic Boulevard, in the Harbor Zone of Rio received a special touch of the artist from São Paulo Eduardo Kobra in the Olympic Games of 2016 that can be appreciated by our guests. Located on a wall more than 180 meters wide and 17 meters high, the painting called "Peace among peoples" is a symbol of representation to the continents of the earth, alluding to the Olympic rings. The place is great for relaxing as well as serving as a great photo background.

Museum of Tomorrow

Considered the new icon of the Carioca Port Zone, the museum of tomorrow was erected in Porto Maravilha. It encompasses six major trends of the future, among them: climatic changes, population growth and longevity. Sensory activities, and immersion in knowledge about diversity are one of the options that our guests can find in the museum. Opening hours are from Tuesday to Sunday, from 10am to 6pm (with the last check in at 4pm). Tickets can be purchased online and every third entry is free.

Chácara do Céu Museum

The former residence of businessman Castro Maya is filled with valuable elements of national and international culture, dividing into European and Brazilian art.

Ruins Park

Compose with a gallery of arts around a mansion in the heart of the city, the ruins park hosts several events of public interest. External stages for apprenticeships of several artists, large gardens and panoramic terraces ideal for watching the sunset, are some of the attractions of the park!
